Ergo Cogito | Series 3 | Episode 3

Joining us are the project’s lead researchers: Dr Felicity Small, Dr Lucia Wuersch, and Associate Professor Alain Neher, from the School of Business, who have brought together staff, students and community members to turn concern into action. Today, we’ll talk about why pollinators matter, what’s happening here on campus for World Bee Day, and how small, practical steps can make a big difference for pollinators, people and the planet.

The Bathurst campus pollinator garden was created as a bed and breakfast for birds, bees, butterflies and biodiversity, responding to the very real decline of pollinators in Australia and globally. It’s also a research project, exploring how communities co‑create meaning, knowledge and care around sustainability initiatives. So let’s jump in.
