The Customer Relationship Manager (Microsoft Dynamics) project has now launched it’s third stage, there’s an improved DIT page for academics and a reminder about the wealth of information it can provide about our students.
There have been some teething problems with the new CRM, Brendan Adams provides an update on their resolution.
The TOL project has now finished within BJBS, with learnings from the project set to inform DLT best practice.
