A special session of the BJBS Research Seminar series will be presented at 12 pm (from 12pm to 1 pm) on 5 March 2024 featuring an insightful discussion with Prof. Ramudu Bhanugopan, Sub-Dean, Graduate Studies. This session will delve into the intricacies of the HDR Scholarship and Admission Process.
The seminar will commence with a 35-minute interview with Prof. Bhanugopan, shedding light on various aspects of HDR scholarship and admission. The interview will cover topics including supervisors’ role in the PhD/HDR recruitment, understanding the admission process & scholarship process, common mistakes made in applications, ways to boosting student success rates, and the fee offset scheme.
Following the interview, we will open the floor for a Q&A session, allowing the audience to pose questions directly to Prof. Bhanugopan concerning HDR admission and scholarship matters. Our aim is to equip our academic community with the knowledge and insights needed to effectively guide potential HDR students through the admission and scholarship processes, thereby enhancing their chances of success.
