Graduation – Dr. Vipul Kumar – General of Police, Indian Police Service (IPS)
Dr. Vipul Kumar, IPS, has been awarded with a Ph.D., titled “Making of Senior Police Leaders: A Comparative Study of Police Executive Leadership Training in India, Australia, and the USA.”
Dr. Kumar currently holds the distinguished position of Inspector General of Police (IG) in Karnataka state within the Indian Police Service and will maintain his ongoing association with the Charles Sturt University.
