Reconciliation Week Pictures

Last week we recognised National Reconciliation week. It was an opportunity to reflect and assess how we can contribute to reconciliation. In his remarks during the week Professor Lewis Bizo said

When I reflect on how I can contribute to reconciliation I am mindful of my role as a leader to help nurture an environment where First Nation’s staff and students can succeed and achieve their higher education goals. Noting that as a non-First Nations person a critical part of my role and journey is to listen and learn about the proud and diverse history of first nations people in Australia, both pre- and post-colonisation, and to be present and available as an ally.

Below are some pictures from events held in the Bathurst and Goulburn Campuses. Thanks to Professor Paul Manoranjan and Mandy Hunt for suppling the photographs.
