Congratulations Dr Syed Usman Jamil on receiving the Vice Chancellor’s Research Excellence Award
Congratulations to our recent PhD graduate from the School of Computing, Mathematics and Engineering, Dr Syed Usman Jamil on receiving the 2025 Vice Chancellor’s Research Excellence Award for this PhD thesis in the category HDR Thesis/ Creative Work of the Year.
Dr Jamil’s thesis titled “Intelligent Task Off-loading and Resource Allocation for IOE Devices in Smart Environment” was supervised by Dr Muhammad Arif Khan (Principal Supervisor) and Dr Sabih ur Rehman (Co-Supervisor). Dr Jamil produced several high-quality journal and conference publications from his thesis work.
