Research on Youth and Extremism Featured in The Conversation

Together, Dr Campion and Associate Professor Colvin have co-authored a powerful article in The Conversation titled “Extremists are targeting young Australians who crave belonging – what can we do?”. Their research explores the vulnerabilities that make young people susceptible to extremist recruitment and offers evidence-based strategies to support disengagement and resilience.

These achievements highlight the real-world impact of their work and the importance of research that bridges academic insight with community and policy relevance.

Please join us in celebrating Dr Campion and Associate Professor Colvin for their exceptional accomplishments and continued contributions to the field.
