Professional Development – Responding to your goals for 2024
| We reviewed the data from the PPRD (formerly EDRS) system to see which capabilities were most commonly selected by people when formulating their development goals. And the answer is……..Analyses Opportunities and Solves Problems. In response to this, we are currently working on a virtual delivery of pilot programs in September and November to support you in building these capabilities. Stay tuned for more information, but right now we can tell you the program will include topics such as identifying and defining opportunities for improvement, drilling down to discover the root cause of problems, critical thinking when developing solutions and presenting the preferred solution to gain commitment and supporting others to navigate the complexity of problem solving.
