Upgrade details
CCH IntelliConnect is migrated to an updated interface with a new name, iKnowConnect (IKC), the night of the 27th October.
The new platform has a fresh look and feel and makes it easier to discover related content, news, commentary, and practice tools.
All IntelliConnect content will still be available but may be found under a different title or practice area. If you have any trouble locating a particular resource, check the mapping guide or contact the Library for support.
A range of training and support resources are available on the Wolters Kluwer website, and the Help menu within the platform is full of helpful tips and suggestions.
Additional features and functionality, including an advanced search screen, will continue to be added over the coming months.
Key dates
Existing links to resources will redirect from night of 27th October
iKnowConnect goes live 1st November
Tandem access to both versions will be available until 15th December
Beta access
Keen to explore the upgraded interface? Beta access to the new platform is available now! Just use the option in the blue banner after opening IntelliConnect.
A tip when using the beta version: expand the left-hand side “spine” by clicking the arrows in the bottom left corner. Then select Your practice areas to expand and browse our subscription content.
