‘Thriving in higher education’s new normal’ is the theme for our fifth BJBS Learning and Teaching Symposium on 2-3 September 2021 (9 am -1 pm on each day, with a big break for morning tea). The symposium will provide opportunities to build on your own learning and teaching expertise, showcase the learning and teaching excellence of colleagues, hear from some excellent keynote speakers as well as some of our students. Given the current COVID-19 situation we recently made the call to move all sessions to online only.
All you need to know will be on the symposium website. There are a few more updates to come, including direct zoom links to the panel sessions as well as the program summary page, but there’s information there about every session. We’ll let you know about final tweaks in the coming weeks.
Although there is no need to register for the symposium, it would be really helpful for workshop presenters to know how many to expect in their sessions on Friday morning 3 September so, after reading all about the 7 workshops, please indicate your interest in the response form.
We’re looking forward to seeing you 2-3 September.
