There are some big changes coming up across the FOBJBS Administration Teams:
Faculty Administration Manager
With Alice Roberts extending her tenure with the Provost’s Office for a further 2 years, recruitment is now underway for appointment to this role, with the position going to ad this week. Katie Clarke will continue in the role until a replacement is appointed.
Strategic Projects Officer
Katie Clarke will move across to the role of Strategic Projects Officer once the Faculty Administration Manager role is in place and settled.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce that we will retain Nicole Russell within FOBJBS, moving from the Strategic Projects Officer role to work more closely with our Associate Dean (Academic). Nicole’s working hours this year will be Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.00am – 3.00pm. We thank Nicole for her time in the Strategic Projects Officer role, where she has positively contributed to many strategic priorities of the Faculty.
Strategic Projects Officer (Partnerships)
On Monday 20 January, we welcomed Brooke McNamara to the FOBJBS family, in the role of Strategic Projects Officer (Partnerships). As the job title suggests, Brooke will be working closely to with the Faculty Leadership Team on projects related to partnerships. Brooke has come to us from the Department of Education and Training (Victoria) and has many years of experience in digital learning projects. Brooke will be located at the Albury campus and you can contact her on firstname.lastname@example.org or on extension 19475.
Manager, Course Administration Team
Lastly, Kim Craig has very graciously agreed to continue in the role of Manager, Course Administration Team until we are able to fill the role permanently. The role will be going to ad in the coming weeks. Kim has done a marvellous job at the helm of the Courses Team over the past 11 months, and we are lucky to have such an experienced person leading this team.
