What? That’s right folks it’s on again! The Faculty of Business Justice and Behavioural Sciences is holding its third Learning and Teaching Symposium. This is a once a year opportunity to network with academics from across the new Faculty and our key partners. As with last year, the 2019 symposium will provide opportunities to build on your own learning and teaching expertise and showcase the learning and teaching excellence of colleagues, but we will be doing some things a little differently. A draft program, which includes elective concurrent workshops to cater to the diverse learning and teaching priorities of the Faculty, is outlined below.

Registration: To assist our planning in relation to accommodation (we are currently holding rooms at several motels in Wagga) and preliminary planning in relation to catering, travel and teaching space bookings could you please respond to this calendar request and if attending complete the following registration form (which should take less than 2 minutes):
If you are a CSU staff member requiring travel and accommodation, there’ll be a link to the CSU domestic travel form on the registration form. Make sure you follow the steps. In the section on Purpose and Accounts, choose ‘meetings and events’ write ‘2019 BJBS L&T Symposium’, tick different cost centre and use the following codes: Fund (A102), Org (2003) and Program (25487). Do not claim symposium provided meals.
What if I register now and then need to change? You should receive an email when you register. You can edit that form or if you need to cancel please contact the BJBS Operations Team on FOBJBS-Ops-Admin@csu.edu.au
When? Thursday 29 August 2019 from 12:00pm to Friday 30 August 2018 1.00pm (including lunch). This is the first week of the 201960 midsession break.
Who? All permanent academics and invited sessional academics involved in learning and teaching with CSU’s Faculty of Business, Justice and Behavioural Sciences.
Where? CSU Wagga campus
Anything else? Online tools will be utilised to facilitate collaboration and interaction so attendees are encouraged to bring along laptops, tablets and smartphones.
