As you prepare your Subject Outline for the new session, don’t forget that I’m very happy to:
- identify opportunities to explicitly support learning, literacy, and numeracy skills
- develop and facilitate online and on-campus workshops and other learning strategies contextualised to the literacy requirements of your subject and assessments
- create resources to support your students’ learning, literacy, referencing, and numeracy needs
- annotate a report, essay, case study, or any other type of paper to create a deconstructed model text for your students
- provide ready-made, clearly-differentiated, and instructive academic writing and referencing criteria and performance descriptors for your assessments
- review the language in your rubrics to ensure clarity of expectations and differentiation
- provide short, engaging, and instructive videos on reading, writing, listening, note-taking, and referencing skills
- review your draft Subject Outline for language and referencing issues so that it provides a good model of effective literacy skills
